On Sunday June 21, 2020 at approximately 12:20 PM, a juvenile female was riding her bicycle in Hansell Park.  When she entered the wooded area, right off Hansell Rd, she observed a white male (20's), brown hair, black shorts, and a grey tee-shirt.  The male was holding a grey sack in front of his "private parts".  The male was shaking the sack and asked to speak to the girl.  The girl ignored the subject and continued toward the main entrance of Hansell Park.
