PRESS RELEASE

Keith Johnson was arrested for entering unlocked vehicles and garages in attempts to steal anything of value.  Over the course of a year it is believed that Johnson entered over 1000 autos in Bucks County, Montgomery County and New Jersey.  These crimes took place between September of 2019 and December of 2020.  Items removed from victim's vehicles included hand bags, cash/coins, gift cards, credit cards, sunglasses, wallets, identification info, and a hand gun.  Police are asking victims to view the evidence recovered during the investigation.  Please visit bucks.crimewatchpa.com/buckinghamtwppd  .  Once on the site go to the pull down menu under the CRIME tab.  You can view the recovered evidence by going to THEFT FROM VEHICLES and then clicking on the link for RECOVERED PROPERTY.   If you can identify a piece of evidence as stolen during one of the thefts from autos, please contact Detective Johnson at tjohnson@buckinghampa.org or you can submit a tip on CRIMEWATCH.
