Congratulations Officer Dagino-Phillips on your retirement!

Chief Daniel J. Friel and the members of the Warrington Township Police Department would like to congratulate Officer Libby Dagino-Phillips, badge 122 on her well-deserved retirement after twenty-five (25) years of dedicated service!

Officer Dagino-Phillips started her police career in Morrisville Borough in 1992 before being hired part time with Warrington police in 1997.  About a year later, she was promoted to full-time work with Warrington Township. Her first assignment with Warrington Police was undercover narcotics work in cooperation with the Bucks County District Attorneys' office, where she was awarded a Commendation of Merit for being placed in potentially dangerous situations which led to the arrests of four drug dealers and forfeited property of each.

Throughout her career she also served as a Warrington D.A.R.E officer and was on the Highway Traffic Safety Unit for several years.

Officer Dagino-Phillips is the first female officer in Warrington Township history.

We wish Officer Dagino-Phillips all the best in her future endeavors. Thank you for your service!
