On February 26, 2022 @ approx. 2000hrs, Officers were dispatched for the report of a retail theft at Walmart. Upon arrival, police met with Walmart loss prevention who advised, Tonatiuh Chavez Geller removed $573.00 of merchandise which he did not pay for before passing all points of sale. Chavez was taken into custody and transported to Northampton Township Police Department for processing. Charges have been filed.
