Theft from Vehicle suspect takes Officer for morning run
On Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 06:09 hours officers of the Warminster Police responded into the Speedway section of Warminster for a report of a subject going through private vehicles. Upon arrival officers observed a subject fitting the description of the suspect. When Officer attempted to speak with the subject, the subject decided to take our officers on a morning run through the Speedway. Weighted down by 20 pounds of gear, officers indulged the subject wishes. Unfortunately, this subject underestimated the true physical fitness it takes to be a Warminster officer. Subject was arrested after his run, and has been charged. Anyone who was a victim of vehicle theft is in courage to call (215) 672-1000.
