The Warminster Township Police announce that the individuals arrested in the December 2018 raid on a home in the 600 block of Cheryl Drive have pleaded guilty to various crimes and have been sentenced to state prison. The raid was as a result of a joint investigation conducted by the Warminster Police, the FBI Bucks-Mont Safe Streets Task Force and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office into a large-scale heroin/fentanyl manufacturing operation. Officers and Agents seized thousands of packages of heroin/fentanyl in 10 preparation and packaging stations in the basement of the residence. Approximately ten pounds of heroin/fentanyl was seized.
Six of the individuals arrested, Roberto Espinal, 48 and Luigi Ortega, 31, both of Warminster; Carlos Garcia-Perez, 34, of Warminster; and Eleni Saturrie, 39, Nuris Martinez, 47 and Delvin Perez, 38, all of Philadelphia pleaded guilty to drug possession with intent to deliver, corrupt organizations and conspiracy. They were sentenced to three to six years in state prison with five years probation after serving their sentences. Yocasta Marie Mercedes, 38, of Philadelphia pleaded guilty in January and was sentenced to three to six years.
Dariel Vasquez, 40, of Philadelphia and Moises Rodriguez 44, of Patterson New Jersey were found to be the masterminds of this operation. Vasquez pleaded guilty in October and was sentenced to five to ten years in state prison. Rodriguez is scheduled to go to trial in March. Luis Torres, 32, of Newington Connecticut failed to appear for court and a bench warrant was issued.
