Warminster Township Police Dept -Arrests and Notable Incidents Blotter: August 2025
WT-25-07688 - Officers responded to Aspen Grove Apartments for a report of a PFA violation. A female stated that she currently had an active Protection from Abuse against her husband. The female stated the incident happened in April, but she had been too afraid to file charges. A 35-year-old male came to turn himself in. He was arraigned before Judge O'Neill, and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.
WT-25-07269 - Officers responded to the Nativity Carnival for a report of an assault. A female advised that she had been jumped at the carnival by two 16-year-old females. Both females were cited for Harassment with Physical Contact.
WT-25-08766 -An Officer was dispatched to the Rite Aid for a report of a Retail Theft. The Manager approached the 35-year-old male and asked him if he was going to pay for the items he was holding. He responded," No, thank you." He entered his car and drove away. The Manager took photos of the car and the License plate. The male will be cited via the mail for Summary Retail Theft.
WT-25-09414 - Officers responded to Date Street for a report of a male lying in a neighbor's yard. When Officers arrived, the male was lying in the roadway. There was a language barrier; the Officer helped the 43-year-old male to his feet and determined he was intoxicated. The male was cited for Public Drunkenness and was given a courtesy transport to his apartment.
WT-25-03829 -Officers were dispatched to Arby's for a report of a suspicious male who had been in the parking lot for over an hour, taking belongings out of his car. The 43-year-old male consented to a search of his vehicle. Suspected narcotics were found along with 2 syringes. The suspected narcotics were confiscated and sent to the lab for analysis. The male will be charged with Possession of paraphernalia. Further charges pending, awaiting results from the drug lab.
WT-25-09632 -Officers were dispatched to Giant for a Retail Theft in progress. The female was escorted to the store office with the Manager and Police. The 33-year-old female concealed items in her purse. She was seen entering the ladies' room on video. It was determined that she had removed the packaging from some items and put them back in her purse. The total for the stolen items was $159.35. The female will be cited for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
WT-25-09647 - Police were dispatched to Giant for a woman dancing around with no pants on. Officers located the woman on the grassy area near Giant. An Officer asked her if she had taken any drugs or was drinking alcohol. She advised that she had been drinking Canadian whiskey. The 44-year-old female was cited for Public Drunkenness and transported home.
WT-25-09320 -Officers were dispatched to return a phone call to a woman in regard to a Protection from Abuse Order violation. When the Officer spoke to the woman, she advised that she had received 14 voicemail messages from a blocked phone number. The calls were from her 48-year-old husband. Officers were unable to make contact with the male, so a warrant was issued for his arrest.
WT-25-09664 - On routine patrol, an Officer noticed a truck in the parking lot of Wendy's. When the Officer pulled into the parking lot, he noticed the vehicle running with a male slumped over the wheel. After waking the male up, the Officer asked the male to step out of the vehicle to perform field sobriety tests. The 49-year-old male failed the sobriety tests and agreed to a Breathalyzer test. The male was handcuffed and transported back to headquarters to be processed. The male consented to a blood draw. Pending the blood alcohol results, the male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence.
WT-25-09501 - Officers were dispatched to Sportsman's Warehouse for a Retail Theft that occurred on August 6. After Loss Prevention reviewed the videotape, it was discovered that a male had stolen $728.86 worth of merchandise. After a thorough investigation, it was determined that the male had been arrested for Retail Theft in other jurisdictions. A warrant was issued for the 57-year-old male. The male was picked up by the Bedminster Police Department, and they called to inquire if the Warrant was still active. The male was transported to Warminster and arraigned by Judge Baranowski. Bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.
WT-25-07664 - Officers were dispatched to Street and North Norristown Roads for a one-vehicle accident. When Officers arrived, they observed the vehicle to be on an embankment after striking a pole. The airbags were deployed, but the driver was speaking to Officers and answering questions. The male was helped out of the car, and he fell and struck his head. Emergency Services were called and transported him to Abington Hospital. En route to the hospital, the 74-year-old male admitted to Emergency Medical Technicians that he had been drinking. A blood draw was conducted at the hospital, and pending results, the male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
WT-25-09645 - A woman came into Headquarters to report that her husband had violated a Protection from Abuse Order she has against him. He had called her and left 13 voicemails and had a family member leave a voicemail as well. The Officers were unable to contact the 48-year-old male. A warrant was issued for his arrest. The male turned himself in at the District Court. He was transported to Headquarters to be processed. Arraignment was before Judge O'Neill, and bail was set at 10% of $100,000. The male was charged with Harassment and Stalking.
WT-25-10027 - Officers were dispatched to the area of Street and Centennial Roads for a report of a male lying on an embankment. There was a bicycle near him, and the Complainant wasn't sure if the male had been in an accident. Officers located the 38-year-old male and determined that the male was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The male was cited for Public Drunkenness and transported back to his residence.
