At 16:58 hours Warminster Police responded to 400 block of Lowell road, Warminster Township for a report of a black male shooting a hand gun at a victim. Upon arrival officers spoke to the witnesses, who stated a black male, exited a gray colored sedan, possibly a Chevy Malibu, and  chased a victim into the rear parking lot of William Tennent High school. Once there the actor discharged at least two rounds, from a semi automatic handgun at the victim. The actor then ran back to the gray vehicle and fled the area north on Lowell towards Street Road. The actor is described as a black male, 5'10 to 6 foot tall, thin build, medium skin color, black hair, wearing dark green tee shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers and a mask.
