Period 5/9/2022 to 5/15/2022
WT-22-05127 Aggravated Assault and Related Charges Arrest
On 5/9/2022 at approximately 1328hrs Officers responded to a check the well being call in the Warminster Heights Section of the township for a subject who was outside a residence and appeared to be striking herself with a hammer. Upon arriving on-scene the female had left the area in an SUV. Officers then proceeded to check the area for the female who was then observed in a separate altercation at a local Sunoco Station on Countyline Road. As officers attempted to make their way through traffic to the Sunoco and were approaching the intersection, the female left the Sunoco in the SUV at a high rate of speed going East on Countyline Road. The driver of the SUV entered the intersection of County Line and Newtown Road against the red light. As the officer approached the intersection of Newtown Road and Countyline Road with his emergency lights activated it appeared the SUV now had turned around and was heading west on Countyline Road from Newtown Road. As the officers then stopped the police vehicle, the SUV approached the police vehicle and rammed the police car. The female then exited her vehicle briefly and jumped onto the hood of another private vehicle. At that time officers detained the female. After further investigation and evaluation a warrant was obtained and the female was taken into custody for aggravated assault and related offenses. The 52 YOA female from Warminster was arraigned by the District Justice Finello and sent to the Bucks County Correctional facility with a bail set at $75,000/10%.
WT-22-03339 Retail Theft Arrest Investigation Leads to Arrest
Police charged a 64 YOA Male from Glenside with Retail Theft after concluding an investigation. The theft occurred at the Sportsman Warehouse Store.
WT-20-07768 Drug Possession and Multiple Warrant Arrest
A 28 YOA male was charged with drug possession and for multiple active warrants after police made contact with him in the area of the hundred block of W. Street Road.
WT-22-05166 Fugitive from Justice Warrant Served
On 5/10/2022 Officers responded to the 1400 block of W. Countyline Road for a check the well being of a male subject. Officers determined the person on scene had an active arrest warrant out New Jersey. The
57 YOA Male from Warminster was taken into custody for the warrant.
WT-22-05396 Retail Theft Arrest
On 5/15/2022 Officers arrested a 34 YOA Female for a retail theft that had occurred from the Giant supermarket. Female was charged with the Retail theft and related offenses.
WT-22-01358 Receiving Stolen Property and Retail Theft Arrest
Officers investigated and charged a 28 YOA male from Warminster with Receiving Stolen Property and Retail Theft stemming from an incident that occurred previously at the Sportsman’s Warehouse in Warminster.
WT-22-05394 Retail Theft and Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
On 5/15/2022 at approximately 4pm Officers were dispatched to the Wine and Spirits Store for a reported retail theft. The 34 YOA Female left the store prior to Police arrival. Officers who were checking the area, made contact with a subject matching the description of the actor. While conducting the investigation the female was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia suspected to be used with heroin. The female subject was taken into custody for the Retail theft, Drug Paraphernalia and related offenses.
WT-22-05372 Driving Under the Influence Arrest
On 5/15/2022 at approximately 2:30am officers responded to the area of Countyline Road and Jacksonville Road for a vehicle that had left the road way and ended up on the grass of a property located in the 100 block of E. Countyline Road. The male operator was found to be passed out in the driver seat of the running vehicle. After further investigation the 30 YOA Male from Warminster was taken into custody for Driving under the influence and related offenses.
WT-22-05317 Catalytic Converter Theft
On 5/13/2022 Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Madison Ave for a reported theft of a Catalytic Converter from a 2017 Chevy EXP truck. The incident is under investigation.

Warminster Memorial day parade May 30th, 2022. Henry Ave, York Rd and Street Rd will be closed between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
