WT-22-02339 Retail Theft
Police concluded a retail theft investigation from the Sportsman’s Warehouse and charged a 77 year old man from Warminster Pa with theft related offenses. The value was reported around $370.00.
WT-22-02784 Criminal Trespass
On 3/15/2022 Police responded to 100 block of York road for a male refusing to leave a business. After speaking to both parties police cited the male for criminal trespass who eventually left the area.
WT-22-02461 Violation of a PFA
On 3/7/2022 Police responded the speedway section of Warminster for a report of a violation of a Protection from Abuse Order. After investigation by responding officers a warrant was issued and the suspect a 30 Year Old Male was later picked up by Police. Suspect was arraigned by the District Justice and sent to the Bucks County Prison on 10% of $100,000 bail.
WT-22-00648 Theft By Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property and Criminal Conspiracy
Two separate warrants were issued for two subjects on March 30th after an investigation was initiated for theft of various copper items totaling approximately $2319.91. The first suspect is a 39 Year Old Female from Philadelphia. She turned herself in and was arraigned before the District Justice. She was released $35,000 unsecure bail. The 36 Year old male from Philadelphia has an active warrant for his arrest and has yet to be arraigned.
WT-21-09364 Driving Under the Influence and Related Offenses
Police arrested a 39 Year Old Male from Doylestown Pa for Driving Under the Influence and related offenses. This arrest stemmed from a reportable traffic crash investigation that occurred in the area of the 700 block of Reeves Lane in mid July 2021.
WT-22-03129 Harassment by communication
A 25 year old male from Douglasville Pa was cited for Harassment by Communication after Police received and investigated the reported conduct.
WT-22-03576 Burglary, Simple Assault and related Offenses
On 4/3/2022 @ approximately 5AM officers responded to Ivyland Road for a report of a possible burglary in progress/unwanted subject. The actor was determined to be known by the callers and this does not appear to be a random act. Arrest Warrants have been issued for the suspect in this case for Burglary, Simple Assault and related offenses.
WT-22-03544 Attempt Robbery, Assault Investigation.
On 4/1/2022 at approximately 10:39PM police responded to the area of Glen Road for the report of a Robbery/Assault that occurred of a food delivery driver. Actors were reported to responding officers as possibly two black males 18 to 19 years old, wearing masks. It was reported after getting the delivery driver to approach them one of the male actors struck the delivery person with a closed fist to the head, the delivery driver in attempt to get away from the two actors began to run away and yell for someone to call the cops. One of the actors reportedly attempted to tackle the delivery driver but the driver put up a struggle causing both actors to flee the area on foot. Police conducted a search of the area along with the assistance of a Police K9. The investigation is ongoing.
