WT-22-06505 Public Drunkenness
On 6/10/2022 at 4:25AM while on patrol an officer observed a male laying in a grassy area of the 400 block of York Road near the sidewalk. Upon checking on the 71 YOA Male from Warminster it was determined the male was intoxicated. After investigation and evaluation, the subject was transported to a residence in Warminster. Male cited for Public Drunkenness.
WT-22-06459 Disorderly Conduct
On 6/8/2022 at approximately 9:51PM Police were dispatched to the Warminster Heights Section of the township for a report of a disorderly subjects. After speaking to parties involved and investigating the incident a 13 YOA juvenile from Warminster was cited for disorderly Conduct.
WT-22-06331 Drug Possession / Paraphernalia
On 6/6/2022 at approximately 1:04AM an officer who was out conducting after hours business checks came across an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of Weis market occupied by three 19 YOA Males from Warminster. Upon approaching the vehicle and making contact with the occupants the officer observed the vehicle to be filled with smoke, detected a heavy odor of suspected Marijuana, as well as observed multiple drug paraphernalia items which were confiscated and secured by the officer. After completing the on scene investigation all parties were eventually released to other adults or transported to their residence.
WT-22-06483 Possible Road Rage Incident / Armed Subject call
On 6/9/2022 at approximately 5:20 PM officers were dispatched to the area of Countyline Road and Centennial Road for a report of an armed subject. After responding to the area and investigating the report it was found that the incident would most likely be a road rage type incident. A report was made that one driver waved a gun at another operator. Through investigation the incident was also determined to have actually occurred in a neighboring jurisdiction. The information received was forwarded to that department for further investigation.
WT-22-06094 Ordinance Violation
On 6/9/2022 at 10:45PM an officer who was on patrol came across 2 subjects, a 18 YOA Male from Southampton and a 18 YOA Female from Warminster who were found to be in a vehicle inside Munro Park after park hours. After speaking to the occupants of the vehicle 2 citations were issued for violation of the township ordinance.
WT-22-06371 Theft from Vehicle Investigation
On 6/6/2022 at 9:01 PM an officer responded to the area of Parmentier Road for a report of items taken from a vehicle. Officers took the report and are investigating this along with a rash of other thefts from vehicles that occurred in this general area of the township over the last few weeks.
WT-22-06450 Retail Theft Investigation
On 6/9/2022 at 5:35 PM an officer was dispatched to Rite Aid Pharmacy for a reported retail theft that possibly just occurred. The officer is working with store personnel and is investigating the incident. The reported value of items possibly taken is approximately $500.
WT-22-06546 Drug Paraphernalia Found
On 6/11/2022 while conducting a foot patrol of the Warminster Heights Section of the township an officer came across several small blue wax baggies with a stamp on them which are believed to be used for packaging heroin. The officer took possession of the bags that were found on the street and secured them into evidence.

****As many residents are aware a drug collection box is located at the Police Department (401 Gibson Ave, Warminster PA) for the convenience of township residents. This drop box allows residents to safely and securely dispose of old prescription and over the counter medications. The box is located in our 24 hour Police Lobby. Residence should read the warning label on the front of the drop box to ensure they are only leaving approved items. These items are collected and then properly disposed of by Police.
**** We would like to remind everyone to please remember to secure your vehicles and valuables, also many newer vehicles have key fobs that auto unlock your car doors when you are in a certain range, please keep this in mind when parking your vehicle and ensure those key fobs are stored far enough away when not in use so that your vehicles remain locked. Doing these simple things will help minimize the chances of you becoming a victim of this type of theft. Most actors in these cases are looking for unlocked vehicles/quick easy targets that they can get in and out fast. These types of crimes tend to increase with the nicer weather. If you happen to see suspicious or illegal behavior occurring, it is always best to call to have an officer dispatched to check the area as soon as possible.
