WT-22-15329 Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property Arrest
On 12/21/2022 Police responded to the Walmart for a reported retail theft. After investigating a 31 year old male from Philadelphia was arrested for the theft and receiving stolen property.
WT-22-15150 Disorderly Conduct / Road Rage Incident
Police took the report of a road rage incident, after investigating and speaking with both parties, a 20 year old female from Southampton was cited on 12/21/2022 for disorderly conduct for her actions during the incident.
WT-22-15371 Public Drunkenness
Police responded over to the Giant store for the report of a male passed out in the dining area of the store. Police made contact with the 35 year old male from Hatboro and found him to be intoxicated. The male was cited for public drunkenness.
WT-22-15465 Simple Assault and related offenses
On December 24th at 10:46PM Police were dispatched to Benn Lane for a report of a disturbance. After investigating a 32 year old female from Warminster was arrested for simple assault and related offenses.
WT-22-15445 Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness
On 12/24/2022 Police responded over to Coin Op Laundromat for the report of a male who had broken a window. Police made contact with the 35 year old male from Hatboro who also appeared to be intoxicated. The male was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
WT-22-15454 Driving Under the Influence
On 12/24/2022 at 3:52PM Police responded for a vehicle crash in the area of Madison Ave and Street Road. After making contact with one of the operators it was determined the 40 year old male from Willow Grove was intoxicated. The operator was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and hit and run on an attended vehicle.
WT-22-15483 Driving Under the Influence
On 12/25/2022 at 5:16PM Police responded for a two vehicle crash in the area of Jacksonville Road and Vanhorn Drive. Upon investigating the crash one of the operators a 26 year old male from Warminster was determined to be intoxicated. The operator was arrested for driving under the influence.
WT-22-13133 Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property Arrest
Police responded to the Costco Store for a reported retail theft. After investigating a 36 year old male from Sicklersville New Jersey was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and providing false identification to Law Enforcement.
WT-22-15341 Drug Possession Arrest
On 12/21/2022 Police arrested a 17 Year old male from Southampton for Drug Possession and drug paraphernalia after responding to tip of male possibly in possession of narcotics and investigating the incident.
WT-22-15483 Driving Under the Influence
On 12/31/2022 at approximately 3:00AM an officer who was on patrol came across a running vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business. The operator a 24 year old male from Warminster was found to be asleep at the wheel. The operator was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for driving under the influence.

WT-22-15337 Catalytic Converter Theft
On 12/21/2022 Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a 2018 Isuzu Box Truck that was parked in the area of 299 E. Street Road. Approximate value $3500. Police are investigating.

****As many residents are aware a drug collection box is located at the Police Department (401 Gibson Ave, Warminster PA) for the convenience of township residents. This drop box allows residents to safely and securely dispose of old prescription and over the counter medications. The box is located in our 24 hour Police Lobby. Residence should read the warning label on the front of the drop box to ensure they are only leaving approved items. These items are collected and then properly disposed of by Police.
