The Warminster Township Police Department arrested DAVID RODRIGUEZ (H/M 3/22/1978) of 2600 block of Front Street Philadelphia in connection with the shooting at the Motel 6 on Monday 5/25/2020. Rodriguez was arrested by the Philadelphia Police Department without incident and turned over to the custody of the Warminster Police. Rodriguez was charged with Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, Felons not to Possess Firearms (Felonies), Recklessly Endangering Another, Possession of an Instrument of Crime, Assault and Criminal Mischief (Misdemeanors) and was held in the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.000 10% bail.
