The Warminster Township Police Department filed charges against Justin Alexander Cutler, 41 of Warminster Pa in connection with the September 18, 2020 theft of a firearm and jewelry from a residence on Villa Drive in Warminster Township. On that day, a resident contacted police to report that several items of jewelry and a 9 mm pistol was stolen from their home. The Warminster Police were able to track the sales of the jewelry and identify Cutler who was also responsible for the theft of the firearm. Cutler was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking (F3), Receiving Stolen Property (F3), Sale or Transfer of Firearms (M2), Criminal Use of Communication Facilities (F3) and Conspiracy (F3). Cutler was arraigned and released on $5,000.00 unsecured bail.
