The Department will again be participating in the DEA's National Prescription Drug Take Back Day which will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposal, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of these medications. Below are our Townships three locations:
Police Officer Testing Announcement - 11/9/2019
The Bucks County Police Chiefs Association is announcing a consortium testing for the position of police officer on Saturday November 9, 2019. The consortium presently represents 24 police departments throughout Bucks County. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age, in good physical condition and either be a high school graduate or possess a GED. (See the attached flyer for more information)

The Upper Southampton Township Police Department is a State Accredited Police Agency by the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission (PLEAC). The Department was initially accredited in July of 2012 and then re-accredited in 2015 and 2018.

On 2/7/17, officers were called to the 1200 block of Churchville Road on the report of the theft of copper wire from a residence under construction. Investigation led to identify Crawford as the actor. He was arrested on 2/20/17 and charges were filed by summons.
On 3/13/2017, Robert Bernstein was taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued by the Department on 1/20/2017. The warrant was issued as a result of an investigation into a residential burglary which occurred on 1/6/2016 in the 700 block of Cybus Way.
