Premise History APPLICATION
The Upper Makefield Township Police Department responds to many types of calls throughout the year to serve the community and its needs. Our intention is to promote a more proactive positive interaction between the community and our officers and first responders. Generally, once dispatched, a first responder responds to a location with limited information which hinders their ability to handle the situation. The Upper Makefield Township Police Department responds routinely to calls involving some type of crisis situation. Some crisis situations include but are not limited to: intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, personality disorders, drug and/or alcohol addition and persons suffering from Alzheimers and/or Dementia disease.
The Upper Makefield Township Police Department is looking for your help to better serve our community. We are reaching out to you, our residents, to help us by filling out our editable Premise History form to help better serve you and/or your family. Our goal is to educate and better prepare our officers and all first responders in the handling of incidents that involve someone with some type of disability or need.The form can then be emailed to Officer Robert Fuchs at firstname.lastname@example.org.
