On 9/30/25 at 1345 hours police were dispatched to the 8400 block of Old Bristol Pike for a report of a disorderly person. When police arrived, they met with the caller and Jonathan Feliciano of Philadelphia. The caller stated Feliciano drove his tractor trailer on private property and demanded the property owner to move barriers so he could continue on the property. Feliciano verbally threatened the property owner and drove his truck in an unsafe manner striking a utility pole. Police attempted to identify Feliciano, but he refused and started shouting obscenities at police. Police then attempted to detain him. Feliciano began to physically resist and was taken into custody after being pepper sprayed by the officer. 

Feliciano was subsequently charged with terroristic threats, criminal mischief, harassment and resisting arrest.
