On 9/15/25 at 1855 hours Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Main St for a report of a male with a firearm. The victim stated to Police that while he was walking down Main St a verbal altercation ensued when a firearm was displayed and pointed at him, along with threats to his life. Further investigation revealed that during this verbal altercation Jeffrey Collins of Tullytown displayed and pointed what was believed to be a firearm at the victim. 

Police executed a search warrant on the property of Collins. Upon the execution of the search warrant Collins was subsequently charged with Terroristic Threats, possessing instruments of crime, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
