During the overnight/early morning hours of 04/04/2019 into 04/05/2019, Scott Powersports on Route 309 in Springfield Township, Bucks County was broken into and multiple ATV style motorcycles were stolen.  Kawasaki (green and white), Yamaha (Blue and White), and KTM (Orange, Black, and White) motorcycles were all removed from the business and loaded into an unknown type vehicle or trailer.  More information is still coming into the Police Department and this post will be updated when appropriate.  If anyone witnessed any vehicles in the parking lot of Scott Powersports during the overnight/early morning hours, please contact the Springfield Township Police Department at 610-982-5411.  The included picture is an actual motorcycle that was taken from the store.

UPDATE: Further investigation into this incident revealed that the time of the break in was 2:17 AM on 04/05/2019.  The offenders were operating a U-Haul van that approached Scott Powersports from the south and then headed back south toward Quakertown less than 10 minutes later.  Anyone that may have seen this vehicle, have surveillance footage covering Route 309, or has dash cam footage from their vehicle during the aforementioned time frame (+ or - depending on your location) is asked to contact the Springfield Township Police Department at 610-982-5411.

Indications are that this was conducted by a large scale, multi-jurisdictional theft syndicate.  Springfield Township Police Department is working with multiple different state and local authorities who have had similar incidents in their respective jurisdictions.  This investigation is ongoing.
