On April 29, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department filed charges against Mark Swinehart, 48, of Quakertown for Retail Theft and Theft by Unlawful Taking. Swinehart was charged after leaving Kohl's without paying for $162 worth of merchandise.
On April 29, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Krystal Gottshall, 31, of Bethlehem, for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. Gottshall was charged after leaving the Target without paying for $184 worth of merchandise.
