On October 9, 2018, The Richland Township Police Department arrested Teddy Bensley, Sr., 46 of Quakertown. Bensley was charged with PFA violations, stemming from an investigation into a domestic situation.
On October 2, 2018, The Richland Township Police Department arrested Jennifer Waltz-Malaggese, 35, of Perkasie, with Criminal Trespass of a vacant building owned by Lehigh Valley Health Network.
RTPD is seeking the identity of the four depicted females, who are suspects in a retail theft that occurred on 09/26/2018 at 1741 hours at the Ulta store in the Richland Marketplace Shopping Center.

On September 24, 2018, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Courtnee Gossler, 38, of Quakertown, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of small amount of Marijuana. RTPD's assistance was requested, when Adult Probation located the controlled substance.
On September 13, 2018, Richland Township Police arrested Jason Heacock, 36, of Richland Township, for Simple Assault and Harassment, stemming from a domestic investigation.

On August 27, 2018, Richland Township Police arrested Cody Kavon Reed, 18, of Upper Salford, for Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Person not to possess firearms and related charges. Reed is accused of committing an armed robbery in the area of the 7-11 on August 25th.
