On August 7, 2017, RTPD filed felony retail theft charges against Suzanne E. Accor, 44, of Allentown, PA, after she concealed merchandise in her purse at Giant Food Store and exited the building. She has two prior retail theft convictions.
On August 17, 2017, Richland Township Police Dept. arrested Tyler Allan Atkins, 21, no fixed abode, for felony theft by unlawful taking of a golf cart at Melody Lakes Trailer Park. He was also charged with a summary offense of disorderly conduct.
On June 12, 2017, RTPD filed felony criminal trespass charges against Ryan Eric Wentz, 22, of S. Second St., Perkasie, after responding to a residence in the 1000 block of Patriots Way for a report of an unwanted subject in the house.
Brandon Grosso was taken into custody with out incident on May 18, 2017 at 2300 hours. Grosso was arraigned before MDJ Seaman. Bail was set at $150000. Grosso was unable to post bond and was committed to Bucks County Prison.
