On November 19, 2017,the Richland Township Police Department filed DUI and related charges against Shelby Lynne Wells, 21, of Quakertown, PA, after reports of a suspected DUI driver in the Spring Meadow Development.
On November 20, 2017, the Richland Township Police Department charged Ezequiel Pizarro, 23, of Dublin, PA with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia, while parked at the rear of the Taco Bell.
On December 14, 2017, the Richland Township Police Department responded to a one vehicle crash on Heller Road. After the investigation was completed, Rebecca Jacketti, 38, of Quakertown was charged with DUI and Driving on a Suspended License.
On December 13, 2017, the Richland Township Police Department filed Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle charges against Christopher Watt, 42, of New Castle, DE, after he failed to return a borrowed vehicle. The vehicle was located and a Warrant exists for the arrest of Watt.
On December 11, 2017, the Richland Township Police Department filed drug charges against Steven Youells, 44, of Upper Black Eddy, PA, after being detained in the parking lot of Bucks County Adult Probation.

On August 10, 2017, RTPD cited Stephen Lee Fratrik, 28, of Jefferson Court, Quakertown with public drunkenness after receiving a call of an intoxicated male in the rear of Lowe’s.
On August 9, 2017, Richland Township PD cited Lewis M. Hirochek, Jr., 45, of Meadow Lane, Pennsbury, for disorderly conduct after being dispatched to the 500 block of Richlandtown Pike for a dispute between individuals.
On August 9, 2017, Richland Twp. PD filed charges against Anton Slutskiy, 35, of Philadelphia for a retail theft at Wawa, 1095 S. West End Blvd. He exited the store without paying for items.
