The above two depicted males are suspects in a series of pick pocket thefts occurring on 10/26/2018. The two act in concert with one distracting the victim and the other committing the theft. Anyone with information on their identity please contact RTPD at 215-536-9500 or leave a tip via the link.

On January 31, 2017, the Richland Township Police Department received accredited status with a unanimous vote of the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission. Richland Township joins about 110 other jurisdictions that have attained this status since the inception of the program in 2001.

On August 19, 2017, Richland Township PD filed theft charges against Michael Thomas Kalmar, 26, of East Station Ave., Coopersburg, following the investigation into recent thefts at Lowe’s totaling $600.
On August 9, 2017, Richland Township PD cited Lewis M. Hirochek, Jr., 45, of Meadow Lane, Pennsbury, for disorderly conduct after being dispatched to the 500 block of Richlandtown Pike for a dispute between individuals.
