On April 11, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Keith Hotz, 39, of Perkiomenville for Simple Assault and Harassment. Hotz got into a physical altercation in the parking lot of District Court.
On March 20, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Jason Foster, 38, of Ottsville, for DUI, after was found passed out in his vehicle.

On March 20, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Cynthia Oels, 25, of Ottsville, for Retail Theft. Oels was charged after leaving Walmart without paying for $264 worth of merchandise.

On March 10, 2019, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Gerald E. Mihalcik, 56, of Barto, with Retail Theft. Mihalcik is charged with taking over $1000 worth of trading cards without paying, from Target.

The above two depicted males are suspects in a series of pick pocket thefts occurring on 10/26/2018. The two act in concert with one distracting the victim and the other committing the theft. Anyone with information on their identity please contact RTPD at 215-536-9500 or leave a tip via the link.
