The Richland Township Police Department is investigating three retail theft incidents that occurred on 3/13/21, 3/14/21, and 3/17/21 at the Target store on N West End Blvd in Richland Township, Bucks County. The thefts involved three suspects: two white males and one white female.
On 3/13/21 at approximately 2107 hours a male and female subject entered the store. The male subject (suspect one) is a white male, approximately 5"10 to 6" tall, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, khaki pants, black shoes, black hat and a full face covering black gaiter. The female subject (suspect two) is a white female with dark hair approximately 5"4 to 5"8 tall, approximately in her 30's wearing a white patterned hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, black shoes and a patterned mask. Both suspects selected approximately $2,400 in merchandise and exited the store. On 3/14/21 the same subjects returned at 1301 hours. The male subject was not wearing a full black face covering and hat like usual, and has short brown hair. They selected approximately $2,300 in identifiable merchandise and exited the store. On 3/17/21 the male and female entered the store at 2111 hours and selected approximately $1,720 in identifiable merchandise and exited the store. Current total identifiable retail theft value is approximately $6,400.
On 3/13/21 and 3/14/21 all three subjects fled in a white 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe. On 3/17/21 the subjects fled the area possibly in a white Nissan Armada.
Both males have reportedly hit multiple Target stores in March in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, as well as a Target store in New Jersey.
