On July 27, 2022, at approximately 8:40pm, Plumstead Officers were dispatched to the 5000 block of Old Easton Road for a male vs female physical domestic. When the officers arrived on scene, they located an adult male victim with injuries to his face and arms consistent of an assault. Further investigation revealed the male’s girlfriend, Linda Kane, 59, of Doylestown assaulted him. During the assault, Kane also intentionally broke several antique items inside the residence valued in excess of $1,000.
Ms. Kane was taken into custody for domestic related Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief. She was arraigned before a Magisterial District Justice in Bucks County who set her bail at 10% of $25,000. She was remanded to the Bucks County Prison but has since been released.
