On August 31, 2017, at approximately 356 A.M., Plumstead Township Police responded to Point Pleasant Pike and Jillian Way for a one vehicle traffic accident. Upon arrival, officers located Ryan Cannon, (18) of Doylestown and identified him as the operator. During the officers’ investigation, Cannon shows signs of being under the influence of alcohol and or a controlled substance. Cannon was asked to perform field sobriety testing and after unsuccessfully completing the testing, he was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Cannon refused providing a blood and or urine test to officers and was later transported to his residence then released. Cannon will receive charges via summons.
