Justin Rose of Sellersville was arrested by Perkasie Borough Police Department Detectives and charged with Identity Theft and Theft by Unlawful taking following an investigation into several years of fraud involving credit cards ,unauthorized purchases and transfers by Mr. Rose without the elderly victim's consent. It is alleged that Rose defrauded the victim out of over $33,000.00 in debit, credit card and cash transfers. Rose turned himself into Perkasie Police on January 26, 2023 and was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage in New Britain. Rose was released from custody after his bail was set at $100,000.00 unsecured.
