Charles Manzo was arrested by Perkasie Borough Police charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia & Possession of Controlled Substance, following an incident in Sellersville Borough in October. Mr. Manzo was transported to Bucks County Prison as he also had two outstanding warrants out of Lehigh County.
