Perkasie Borough Police responded to a domestic disturbance on W. Market St. in Perkasie Borough on January 24, 2023. Following the investigation, a warrant was issued charging Aaron Herder with Simple Assault and Harassment. On January 30, 2023, Mr. Herder was taken into custody by Perkasie Borough Police with the assistance of Officers from Pennridge Regional Police Department at a location in West Rockhill Township. Mr. Herder was processed without incident and was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Gaier. Mr. Herder was released on unsecured bail and was subsequently turned over to the Bucks County Sheriffs' Department on a separate Bucks County warrant.
