On the 29th of July, officers observed a male sitting next to a motorcycle at Eastbrook and Monroe Avenues appearing to repair the motorcycle. Officers had previously seen the same male and motorcycle driving on Lincoln Hwy earlier in the evening. Upon further investigation, it was found that the male, ID'd by a PennDOT photo as Mark Scallorn,II. He did not have a motorcycle license and had a suspended license. When they attempted to talk to Scallorn, he got on the motorcycle and sped off. Officers activated their lights and briefly chased Scallorn until it was apparent that he wasn't going to stop and then called it off. During the brief chase, officers observed multiple other traffic violations. On the 6th of August, a warrant was obtained for Mark Scallorn for fleeing from police officers and multiple other traffic violations.
