During a patrol on Lincoln Hwy on February 12th, an officer observed a vehicle that was being operated on Lincoln Hwy with a PA registration, however it had a NJ inspection sticker in violation of the PA Motor Vehicle Code. The vehicle was stopped and 4 juveniles were found in the vehicle. While speaking to the occupants, a strong odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. During the subsequent investigation, multiple containers were found to contain marijuana. All 4 of the juveniles were arrested for the possession and the driver was arrested for suspected DUI. All 4 were sent summons to appear in juvenile proceedings.
