On the 3rd of November, officers were called to the Mill Creek Apartments for the report of a armed domestic. Upon arrival to the apartments, officers found the victim standing in the parking lot, holding a bloody knife. The victim stated that the bloody knife was the one used by her ex-boyfriend Eduardo Vasquez. According to the victim, Vasquez had 2 knives and locked the door, preventing her from leaving. While in the apartment, Vasquez made statements that indicated he didn't want to leave the victim and wanted to get back together. The victim was able to distract Vasquez long enough for her to make it to the apartment door before being attacked. During the struggle, Vasquez sustained a laceration to his hand. The victim was able to escape and call 911. While the victim was on the phone, she stated Vasquez had attempted to take his own life by hanging, but left shortly before police arrived.
Vasquez was later found at St. Mary's Medical Center where he was receiving medical and psychiatric treatment. Vasquez was transferred to a psychiatric facility for further care and was later released into Penndel Police custody for processing and arraignment. Vasquez is currently in Bucks County Prison awaiting a hearing.
