Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident in a parking lot off of Second Street Pike.  The driver reports he struck a parked vehicle as he was backing out of a parking space.  No injuries reported, minor damage.

Accident

          Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road at Fir Drive for a two vehicle accident.  The driver reports she was stopped in traffic when her vehicle was rear ended.  No injuries reported, minor damage.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Almshouse Road and Second Street Pike.  The driver reports as she was traveling on the roadway a vehicle pulled out of a parking lot and struck her vehicle. 

No injuries reported, minor damage.

Hit and Run Accident

          Patrol responded to the Cross Roads Shopping Plaza on Bustleton Pike for a two vehicle accident.  The driver reports an unknown actor struck his parked vehicle.  Minor damage reported.

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Newtown-Richboro Road and Holland Road. The driver reports she was stopped in traffic when her vehicle was rear ended.  No injuries reported, minor damage.

Thursday, 8/16/18

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on West Bristol Road at Knowles Avenue.  The driver reports as he entered the intersection a vehicle ran the red light and struck his vehicle.  Minor injuries reported, one vehicle was towed.

Saturday, 8/18/18

Accident

          Patrol responded to a one vehicle accident on Buck Road.  The driver reports as she approached the underpass her vehicle slid and struck the guardrail.  No injuries reported, the vehicle was towed.

Drugs

          Patrol observed a vehicle traveling on Second Street Pike with a faulty headlight.  A Traffic Stop was conducted and a strong odor of marijuana was detected emanating from the vehicle.  The male driver was taken into custody, processed and released.

Sunday, 8/19/18

DUI

          Patrol observed a vehicle traveling on the roadway at a high rate of speed on Hatboro Road.  A Traffic Stop was conducted and a strong odor of alcohol was detected.   A Field Sobriety Test was administered and failed by the male driver.  He was taken into custody, processed and released.

Monday, 8/20/18

Drugs

          Patrol responded to a report of a suspicious person in the area of Hollyknoll Drive and Linden Road.  A male subject was located in the area and in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.  He was taken into custody and processed. 

Hit and Run Accident

          Complainant on Almshouse Road at Temperance Lane, reports an unknown driver struck the light post and continued traveling on the roadway.  No value reported.

Tuesday, 8/21/18

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Livery Drive involving a mail truck.  The driver of the truck reports he was stopped at a mail box making a delivery when a vehicle backed up striking the front of the truck.  No injuries reported, minor damage.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Jacksonville Road and Almshouse Road.  The driver reports he was stopped at the traffic light and backed up to allow a tractor trailer make a left turn, when he struck the vehicle behind him.  No injuries reported, minor damage.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Newtown-Richboro Road near Rock Way.  The driver reports she was distracted and rear ended the vehicle in front of her that was stopped in traffic.  No injuries reported, minor damage.

DUI

          Patrol responded to a report of a traffic accident on New Road near Hatboro Road.  The vehicle was located and a strong odor of alcohol was detected emanating from the male driver.  Drugs were found in the vehicle, he was taken into custody, processed and released.

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Buck Road near Middle Holland Road.  The driver reports she stopped at the yield sign and her vehicle was rear ended.  No injuries reported, minor damage.
