Non Emergency Phone Number Change
The Bucks County Department of Emergency Communications is in the process with Verizon of changing their phone lines from copper to digital. In the course of that upgrade, the old number (215-598-7121) used for our residents to call for non-emergency services will be disconnected.
Please follow the below procedures when you are in need of police services:
- 9-1-1 for all emergency calls for service. The basics of dialing 9-1-1 can be found here as detailed by the Bucks County Department of Emergency Communications.
- 215-328-8524 will be the new non-emergency services number for our residents to use. DO NOT use (215-598-7121)
- 215-579-1000 is for contacting our police department for general administrative needs during normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
