INCIDENT BLOTTER: MARCH 15 - 21, 2019
March 17, 2019
- Just before 11:00 am a complainant reported that he locked his bicycle to the railing at Zoe’s Kitchen at approximately 12:15 pm on March 16, 2019. When he returned later that day, he discovered the chain was cut and the bicycle was missing. The bicycle is Giant Brand; charcoal and red colored. It is valued at $402.86.
March 18, 2019
- Around 5:00 pm a Kanon Court resident reported stolen boxes taken from outside of his garage. Inside of the boxes were household goods such as sterling silver utensil sets and glass bowls. The total value of loss was over $1,000.00.
- Police were dispatched at approximately 5:00 pm to CVS Pharmacy for the report of a disorderly person “not in progress”. Police arrived on scene and spoke to staff who reported that a customer became irate and yelled at the pharmacy associates and that this was not his first disruptive outburst. Charges were not filed at this time, but the customer was advised that he was not allowed to return to the store.
March 20, 2019
- At approximately 10:45 am Princeton Police Department contacted the detective division to report that a subject they arrested for theft by deception and drug paraphernalia had confessed to stealing two racks of lamb from the McCaffrey’s Food Market in Newtown. Police believe the subject is responsible for thefts from stores in Doylestown, Yardley, and Princeton as well. The investigation is ongoing.
