On September 10, 2018, Angel P. Davis was extradited from New Jersey by the Bucks County Sheriff's Department. He was arraigned by Judge Petrucci and bail was set at $75k (10%).
On June 7, 2018, Newtown Township Detectives were assisted by the Burlington County Prosecutors Office – Detective Division, with interviewing Angel P. Davis, related to the theft of the vehicle from Northrup Court, Newtown Township. During that interview, Davis admitted to his involvement in the theft of the vehicle, as well as being involved with several additional thefts and attempted thefts from unlocked vehicles in the area.
As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant has been obtained for Angel P. Davis, on charges of Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Theft From a Motor Vehicle, Receiving Stolen Property, & Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime. The warrant will remain active until Davis can be extradited to Pennsylvania for prosecution.
On May 25, 2018 the stolen vehicle in this case was recovered unoccupied and abandoned by the Old Bridge Police Department in Middlesex County New Jersey. The Pennsylvania registration plate JJP-8455 was not on the vehicle and still remains stolen.

Newtown Township - On April 20, 2018 at approx. 2 a.m., the Newtown Township Police Department responded to a vehicle theft in progress, involving a white colored 2007 Nissan Altima, bearing Pennsylvania registration JJP-8455 that was taken from a residence on Northrup Court.
Since the theft of the vehicle, the pictured males were observed in possession of the stolen vehicle and are also suspected to be involved in several overnight theft from vehicles in surrounding municipalities. On April 23, 2018 at approx. 1 a.m., a Penndel Borough Police Officer located the vehicle in a 7-11 parking lot and the vehicle fled into Bensalem Township towards Philadelphia at high rate of speed.
