RETAIL THEFT/UPDATE: Still Need Identification Assistance




As a result of the department’s investigation two of the three individuals involved with this retail theft were arrested.  Investigator’s discovered that a third black female (not shared in the original case) was also involved with this retail theft and has since been identified as Martina Raquel Lyons and has been arrested on March 25, 2019.  The black female wearing the camouflage jacket and blue jeans was identified as Tyleesia Marie Kitchen and she was also arrested on March 25, 2019.

We are still looking to identify the third black female wearing the teal colored shirt as indicated in the pictures.

Newtown Township, Pa - On Friday, March 1, 2019, Newtown Township Police Department responded to the GAP at 60 West Road for the report of a retail theft that occurred.  The reporting GAP employee advised that two black females came into the store carrying nothing, but left carrying full HM bags without paying for the merchandise.  The females stole 30 pairs of girls jeans valued at $40.00 each for a grand total of $1200.00.  It has been reported that the same women also conducted a similar retail theft later in the day at the Doylestown Gap.  Please see the attached pictures of the female suspects.
