On 04-05-17 Bobby Williams was arrested in NJ, on a Governor's Warrant stemming from the below Newtown Township Police Department case. A Governor's Warrant is issued to obtain the presence of a person in one State, when the person is actually in the custody of another State. They are commonly used to enforce the return of an individual who has not waived extradition to the requesting State.
On December 26, 2015 police were dispatched to Autumn Drive for the report of a burglary. The residents, who had been gone for just a few hours, returned home to find a rear window broken, and that several rooms had been ransacked. They noticed that, in addition to ransacking many of the rooms, the suspect unsuccessfully attempted to gain entry to a safe, and to a shed. Based on DNA submission from swabs, Bobby Williams has been developed as the suspect of this burglary and was charged appropriately.
