On March 30, 2017 at approximately 2:25 a.m., Newtown Township Police were dispatched to the 7-11 for the report of an armed robbery involving a handgun that had just occurred. The actor entered the store and was already displaying the handgun in his right hand. The actor immediately went to the sole employee who was not behind the counter and he demanded the cash from both registers, which he received by the employee. The actor was inside for approximately 45 seconds and then fled on foot towards Richboro Road. A K-9 track was conducted with the assistance of the Lower Makefield Township Police Department, however the actor was not apprehended.
The actor was described as a white male with blue eyes, estimated to be his 20's, last seen wearing a black hoodie, ski mask, work type gloves, navy blue pants with a white stripe and white sneakers.
On September 1, 2017, the Warminster Township Police Department arrested Shane Wilcox-Wallace for a robbery that occurred in their jurisdiction (CLICK HERE). Warminster Township's investigation provided details for this department to be able to charge Wilocx-Wallace with the robbery of the 7-11 that occurred in Newtown on March 30, 2017. Wilcox-Wallace was arraigned on December 11, 2017 by Judge Petrucci and bail was set at 10% of $1 million. Wilcox-Wallace was in Bucks County Prison at the time of the arraignment, where he still resides.
