Newtown Township, PA - On December 13, 2018 at 12:21 a.m., Newtown Township Police initiated a traffic stop on a Jeep Wrangler for displaying an expired registration while driving on the Newtown Bypass, in the area of Buck Road. Upon contact with the driver, who identified himself as Carmen Morelli, it was observed that the vehicle had an expired inspection sticker and the driver was unable to provide a driver's license or valid insurance information.
