On March 12, 2017 at approximately 12:15 AM police observed a vehicle driving on the wrong side of Frost Lane. At the intersection of Frost Lane and Lower Dolington Road the vehicle stopped in the middle of the intersection, and made a left hand turn without using the turn signal. A traffic stop was conducted, and an investigation of the driver, 58-year-old Susanne Harris, of Newtown, PA, was initiated. As the officer was speaking with Harris, an empty wine bottle was observed on the front passenger side floor was observed, along with a multicolored smoking pipe, lighter, a bag of suspected marijuana on the center console. At the conclusion of field sobriety testing, Harris was placed under arrest for the suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges were filed when the results of the lab work were known.
