Newtown Borough, PA ~ The Newtown Borough Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred on January 31, 2020 at the Wine and Spirits Store located at 212 South State Street. The actor who committed the retail theft stole a bottle of alcohol with a total value over $50. Help us identify the actor seen in the attached surveillance pictures.

The suspect made unauthorized withdrawals for several thousand dollars.
