Brian Lee Rivera has been charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking & Receiving Stolen Property after an incident that occurred in August 2018. Rivera is charged with taking a cell phone from a New Britain Township resident's apartment. In October 2018, Rivera was contacted by the investigating officer and was given the opportunity to return the cell phone or compensate the resident for their loss. To date, Rivera has done neither. Rivera's current whereabouts are unknown.
