Arrest/Public Drunkeness – 12/31/22 @ 00:23 – Dontayves Leary, age 46, was cited for Public Drunkeness after a report of a vehicle blocking the roadway on the unit block of E. Bridge Street.

Arrest/DUI/Warrant – 01/01/23 @ 00:57 – Steve Surillo Jr, age 40, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence on the 400 block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue and for an active warrant from the Bucks County Sheriffs.  He was processed and released to the Sheriff’s Deputies.

Warrant/Aggravated Assault – 01/05/23 @ 00:00 –A warrant was  issued for  Daguan Kennebrew, age 31, for Aggravated Assault and related charges for a domestic incident that occurred on the unit block of Robertson Avenue.

Arrest/DUI – 01/05/23 @ 00:12 – Michelle Fisher, age 34, was arrested for Driving under the Influence after a traffic stop on E. Trenton and N. Delmorr Avenues.  She was released and will be processed at a later date.

Fraud – 01/05/23 @ 11:55 – Report of a vehicle broken into in Hamilton, New Jersey but nothing was stolen.  The credit card may have been cloned and used to purchase merchandise at a business on the 200 block of E. Bridge Street. 

Arrest/Receiving Stolen Property – 01/05/23 @ 12:59 – James Black, age 35, will receive a summons to appear for Receiving Stolen Property after pawning a pair of airpods.  The owner was able to track the airpods to a business on the 300 block of W. Bridge Street.  Police retrieved the airpods and returned to owner. 

Arrest/Warrant – 01/05/23 @ 19:09 – Rassan Dawkins, age 39, came to Police Headquarters to turn himself in for an outstanding fugitive warrant.  He was processed and released.

Arrest – 01/06/23 @ 17:26 – Justin Drumheiser, age 35, was arrested by the Bensalem Police for an outstanding warrant from this Police Department.    He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Attempted Burglary – 01/08/23 @ 11:53 – Report of an attempted break in at a business on the 500 block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue.  Damage was evident on the two steel doors in the rear of the building.

Arrest/Narcotics Possession – 01/11/23 @ 20:17 – Megan Keeley, age 27, was arrested for Drug Possession during a traffic stop on W. Trenton Avenue.  She also had an outstanding warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.  She was processed and released to the Bucks County Sheriffs.

Arrest/Stolen Property – 01/11/23 @ 20:17 – Keith Dunleavy, age 33, was arrested during a traffic stop for operating a vehicle with a stolen license plate on W. Trenton Avenue.  He was processed and released.

Criminal Mischief to Building – 01/12/23 @ 21:05 – Report of a BB gun shot at a sliding glass door on the 200 block of W. Bridge Street.

Arrest/Warrant – 01/14/23 @ 17:41 – Kyle Coffey, age 19, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Bristol Township Police during an incident at a business on the 300 block of W. Bridge Street.  He was brought to Police Headquarters and released to the Bristol Township Police.

Arrest/Harassment – 01/14/23 @ 18:53 – Jasmine Wesley, age 31, was cited for Harassment for a domestic incident on the 500 block of Woodland Avenue.

Arrest/Borough Code – 01/14/23 @ 19:07 – Michael Anderson, age 39, was cited for use of consumer fireworks on the 500 block of Elbridge Road.

Arrest/Warrant – 01/16/23 @ 22:34 – Christopher Weiszer, age 35, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department during a traffic stop on the unit block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue.  He was brought to Police Headquarters and released to the Bucks County Sheriffs.

Theft From Motor Vehicles – 01/17/23 @ 07:56 – Report of multiple vehicles broken into overnight at a Jules Tires on the 500 block of West Bridge.   The unknown male entered the vehicles and stole vehicle batteries and a dash camera. 

Retail Theft – 01/20/23 @ 20:21 – Report of 3 cartons of cigarettes were stolen from the 7-11 on the unit block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue.  The white male, who was wearing a long sleeved shirt, black shorts, black hat and black sneakers, fled in a gold Buick LaCrosse.

Arrest/Borough Code – 01/20/23 @ 21:10 – Michael Lawrence, age 19, was cited for use of consumer fireworks in the LaVilla Pizza parking lot on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Arrest/Narcotics – 01/20/23 @ 23:17 – Deshonn Knight, age 20, was arrested for drug possession during a traffic stop on N. Delmorr and E. Maple Avenues.  He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Criminal Mischief to Building – 01/21/23 @ 15:15 – Ivan Albarran, age 75, will be cited for breaking a front window and another pane of glass on a home on the unit block of Lenora Avenue.
