Harassment-08/26/25 @ 0136-Luis Alonso Quito Malan, age 29, was cited for harassment after an incident that occurred at the Quality Inn.

Arrest/PFA Violation-08/27/25 @1015-Luis Oliversa, age 31, was arrested in the area of Union Street for a PFA Violation. He was processed, arraigned by Judge Kronnegal and bail was set at 10% of $5K unsecured. He was released from HQ’s.

Disorderly Conduct-08/27/25 @0631-Zachary Pries, age 30, was issued a summons for drug paraphernalia, public intoxication and disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred in the parking lot of Police Headquarters.

Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct-08/29/25 @1115-Owen Cunningham, age 47, was arrested at the Quality Inn parking lot for attempted criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. The defendant tried to damage a railroad worker's vehicle with caltrop spikes. The defendant was processed and released.

Warrant/Arrest-08/29/25 @1741-Female juvenile was taken into custody following a domestic disturbance where there was a warrant in place.

Burgarly-08/30/25 @0258-An unknown subject busted out three doors with a rock found in the parking lot. Unknown what was taken at this time. 

Harrassment-08/30/25 @0611-Robert Krieg, age 51, will be cited for harassment following an incident that occurred in the 400 block N. Pennsylvania Ave.

Theft-08/30/25 @1625-Victim reports two bikes were missing from the area of Park Ave. and were last seen 8/16/25. Total value of bikes $250.00
