Morrisville Police Log (06/17/25-06/30/25)

Theft – 06/17/25 @ 17:11 – Report of $150.00 stolen from the victim’s purse between 06/15/25 and 06/17/25 at her residence on the 100 block of E. Green Street.

Attempted Theft from Motor Vehicle – 06/19/25 @ 02:47 – Report of an unlocked vehicle was broken into but nothing was taken on the 400 block of Hillcrest Avenue.

Theft from Motor Vehicle - 06/19/25 @ 07:41 – Report of a purse and identifications cards found scattered on the ground near Clymer and N. Lafayette Avenues.  Officers located the owner who reported an unknown amount of cash was stolen from the purse that was in her vehicle.

Bicycle Theft – 06/19/25 @ 11:00 – Report of a blue, yellow and black Mongoose Kong bike was stolen sometime between 9pm and 10:30am from the lawn at the Robert Morris Apartment.  On 6/22/25 the bike was found on Hillcrest Avenue.

Fraud – 06/19/25 @ 16:49 – Victim reports receiving an email to pay $920.00 for an event he thought his motorcycle club is having.  The victim sent the money through Zelle and was later notified by another club member that it was a scam.

Arrests/Warrants – 06/20/25 @ 12:28 – Police responded to a residence on the1000 block of Ohio Avenue for wanted persons.  Desirae Layport, age 43, was arrested for an active warrant from Leigh County Probation and sent to Bucks County Prison on a detainer from Leigh County.  Gary Stewart, age 40, was arrested for an active warrant from Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and was released to the Bucks County Sheriffs.

Attempted Theft from Motor Vehicle – 06/21/25 @ 10:22 – Report of a vehicle ransacked overnight from the 500 block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue but nothing was stolen.

Arrest/Harassment/Warrant – 06/21/25 @ 12:57 – Eric Pettit Jr., age 33, was arrested for stalking and other charges after an incident at an apartment complex on W. Bridge Street.  He was processed and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.  On 06/22/25 police were informed that he contacted the victim again, which violated the conditions of his bail.  A Warrant was issued and he was taken into custody.  He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Arrest/DUI – 06/22/25 @ 15:07 – Kazimierz Jarosinski, age 57, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a traffic accident in the Morrisville Shopping Center parking lot.  He was processed and released pending a Court Summons.

Arrest/Noise Disturbance – 06/22/25 @ 06:29 – Angelica Ullauri-Galarza, age 47, was cited for a Boro Ordinance for roosters making noise and disturbing the neighbors.  The incident occurred on the 300 block of Cox Avenue.

Warrant/Retail Theft – 06/23/25 @ 15:01 and 06/24/25 @ 11:00 – A Warrant has been issued for Larry Hopkins, age 47, for stealing nine cases of Red Bull from the Gant Food Store on 06/22/25 and four cases of Red Bull on 06/24/25.  Total Value: $259.90

Arrest/Theft from Motor Vehicles – 06/24/25 @ 02:10, 02:35 and 05:55 – A male juvenile was arrested after police received several reports of vehicle break ins in the area of Franklin Street, W. Maple Avenue, Hillside Avenue and N. Pennsylvania Avenue.  The juvenile was found with multiple items that were stolen from a vehicle on the unit block of W. Maple Avenue.  He was processed and released pending a Court Summons. 

Theft – 06/24/25 @ 16:00 – Report of change from a tip jar stolen at Concerto Fusion on the unit block of S. Delmorr Avenue.  Value: $10.00

Warrant/Fraud – 06/24/25 – A Warrant has been issued for Gene Bellardo, age 47, for theft of services and writing a bad check for vehicle repair services completed by Jacobs Auto on the 500 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue on 05/07/25. 

Attempted Robbery – 06/25/25 @ 09:44 – Victim reported being at the 7-11 in the early morning hours when a friend that she never met in person called to hang out.  Three males picked victim up and they drove around for two hours.  After returning to the 7-11 parking lot, one of the males tried grabbing her purse and pulling her into the vehicle.  As two vehicles were entering the parking lot, the unknown male released the victim and purse.

Fraud – 06/25/25 @ 13:45 – Morrisville Borough Administrative Office received correspondence that indicated possible fraudulent activity.  One was a new credit card account and card from Chase Bank and the second was from American Express instructions to open a new business account.  Both documents were addressed to a person not associated with the Borough but the Borough address. 

Arrest/Boro Ordinance – 06/26/25 @ 07:35 – Aaron Prilo, age 41, was cited for dumping broken furniture, mattresses and other garbage by the Morrisville Dog Park.

Theft – 06/26/25 @ 10:28 – Report of two stolen security cameras from a residence on the unit block of Union Street.  Value: $60.00

Fraud – 06/26/25 @ 18:27 – Report of a fraudulent charge on a debit card for $127.19 from Norton LLC that the victim did not purchase.

Warrant/Assault/Harassment/Disorderly Conduct/Arrest – 06/28/25 @ 03:13 – A Warrant was issued for Bari Santana, age 19, for an incident that occurred on the unit block of E. Palmer Street.  On 06/29/25 he turned himself in to Police Headquarters.  He was processed and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

Retail Theft – 06/29/25 @ 15:19 – Report of an Osmo Pocket 3 Recorder and Vaclife Air Pump stolen from the Raintree Shopping Store on E. Trenton Avenue.  Value: $815.00

Arrest/Warrant – 06/30/25 @ 12:55 – Bucks County Sheriffs transported John Saladziak, age 33, to Headquarters from Mercer County for this department’s warrant for Theft from Motor Vehicle that occurred on 05/12/25 on the 800 block of Crown Street.  He was processed and released on $5000.00 bail.

Theft – 06/30/25 @ 19:43 – Repot of two motorized scooters (a blue Yongfu Machi and black Jiangsu Baod) were stolen on 06/28/25 from a residence on the 400 block of Barclay Avenue by three unknown juveniles.  Value: $3,200.00
