On or about February 25th, there was damage to the fields from a motor vehicle that was directly in front of the Williamson Park, Imagination Island and the Waterfront Picnic Tables. It appears that the actor was in a narrow type vehicle, possibly a Jeep or small pick up, and went around in circles damaging the grass substantially.
