On August 22, 2020, at approximately 5:55 p.m., members of the Lower Southampton Township Police Department responded to the Acme Market located at 105 E. Street Road in Feasterville for a retail theft. The thief was described as a white female wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and a blue hat. According to documents, she entered the Acme and walked to the hygiene aisle, and began loading up a bag with merchandise. She exited the store passing all points of sale, left the store, and entered a white Ram van. The total loss of hygiene merchandise totaled $2,208.00. As luck would have it, the bandit was detained at a neighboring ACME about two weeks later and her tattoos linked her and her identity to the Feasterville theft.
Her whereabouts are currently unknown but she apparently likes the merchandise "setup" at Acme, so she may be scheming another caper at another store. Call the Lower Southampton Police at 215.357.1234 or submit a tip is you know where AMANDA THOMPSON may be.
